Energy efficient kettles are a convenient way to conserve by efficiently heating and by keeping water heated longer. No need to turn the stove on and off throughout the day, wasting energy, time and water.

Standard kettles take more time to heat than energy efficient kettles as standard kettles continually need reheating from room temperature. By providing a heating surface at the bottom of the kettle, eco-friendly kettles keep water heated for longer periods of time and without taking up as much space on the stove.

Energy efficient kettles also do not need to be refilled as much since they use less water to reach boiling temperatures. According to the Department of Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), boiling only the water needed rather than filling the kettle would save 1.27 Billion kWh of electricity.
